Return and Refund Policy

THIS IS GOOD ENTERPRISE / Fiji Island Kava offers exchanges or refunds if the item is returned within 7 days, is defective, or does not match its description. Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange. Online returns in-store require the Order Confirmation Email printout, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Items can be returned in-store with the original receipt, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Conditions for Exchanges or Refunds

Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original condition. Engraved, worn, altered, or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged or Lost Goods

The company is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping unless the shipment was insured, in which case insurance claims can be filed.
